Condition as described by customer: “I have suffered from this skin condition for 2 years. I have seen a Dermatologist, who performed a biopsy, and have seen my GP regularly. The cause has not been identified.”
Treatments that have been used as described by customer: “the prescribed treatment has been 0.05% steroid cream (Eumovate). It is unpredictable and very distressing. My face becomes intensely itchy, inflamed, hot, and often involves swelling around the eyes. If untreated, it spreads and resembles a burn. Eventually the red patches become dry tight areas of eczema which often have deep lines. Unfortunately most moisturisers and emollient products I have tried produce even more irritation as my skin reacts to their "emollient agent". As you can imagine, when the condition is acute, it has caused much distress.”
